29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a. On or about December 27, 2018, the employer failed to provide employees with effective training on the hazards associated with the chemicals in their work area including, but not limited to, Water Reducible Alkyd Dip Enamel, a Category 3 flammable liquid, at their time of initial assignment when working in the dip tank operation. b. On or about December 27, 2018, the employer failed to provide employees with effective training on the hazards associated with the chemicals in their work area including, but not limited to, Trim Sol metal working fluid, at the time of initial assignment when working in the machine shop.
