29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards where electrical cords and cables were run through holes in walls and floors in the following locations: a) Ammonia Machinery Room: A yellow electrical cord was plugged in to a receptacle and run through a hole in the floor. b) Freezer Office: A power cord for a Relocatable Power Tap in the freezer office was run through a hole cut in the wall of the office and plugged into a receptacle outside the office.
