29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a. 450 N. Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ The employer did not ensure a complete library of Safety Data Sheets was maintained for each chemical in use. Employees used hazardous chemicals which included, but were not limited to, Acetylene, Compressed Oxygen, hydraulic fluids, and window washer fluids, where Safety Data Sheets were not maintained when changes to products occurred or new products were introduced in the repair of motor vehicles. Violation occurred on or about February 22, 2016
