29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: a. On or about October 15, 2014, paint mix/storage trailer, there were no hazard warning labels on 3 unlabeled metal containers of fluid that sat on a shelf, and one unlabeled metal container of fluid that sat on the floor. Flammable coatings, primers, and paint thinners were stored in the area which exposes employees to hazards including but not limited to fires and explosions:
