29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers identified for the purpose. a)LPR Storage, LPR 005: On or about October 4, 2010 and at times prior thereto, the cover of an electrical elbow was not properly closed exposing insulated conductors. b)Interstitial space above red hallway: On or about October 4, 2010 and at times prior thereto, insulated conductors protruded from an uncovered junction box. c)Sump room: On or about December 8, 2010 and at times prior thereto, the lighting snap switch was removed, but the face place still had the switch opening exposing live conductors. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
