29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) On or about March 8, 2023, in a starter assembly shop, safety data sheets for chemicals such as, but not limited to the following, were not maintained for employees refurbishing and building starters: 1. Safety-Kleen premium solvent 2. Acrylic-modified alkyd enamel blue paint 3. Alkyd enamel-new cat yellow paint, and 4. Tru Abrasive medium course glass.
