29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): UTCRAS Inc., located at Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) UTCRAS, Wheel shop 2, Building C: On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure a container containing Safety Kleen Premium Solvent, which is a Class 4 flammable solvent with a flash point of 148 �F (64�C) was not labeled with the identify and appropriate hazard warnings, exposing employees to fire hazards.
