29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): At the Deaconess Illinois TransCare EMS facilities in Harrisburg and Shawneetown, Illinois, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with copies of OR were able to electronically access Safety Data Sheets when they were working with chemicals such as but not limited to compressed oxygen and Safetec SaniZide Pro surface disinfectant wipes.
