29 CFR 1910.1026(j)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that bags or containers of waste, scrap, debris, and any other materials contaminated with chromium (VI) and cosigned for disposal were labeled in accordance with the requirements of the Hazard Communication standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) Maintenance Garage - On or about June 22, 2016, debris from welding with stainless steel on stainless steel equipment was not appropriately labeled. b) Establishment - On or about June 22, 2016, the bin containing clothing from employees exposed to chromium (VI) was not properly labeled.
