29 CFR 1910.272(m)(1)(i): Regularly scheduled inspections of at least the mechanical and safety control equipment associated with dryers, grain stream processing equipment, dust collection equipment including filter collectors, and bucket elevators: On or about November 6, 2023, Employees performing elevator housekeeping and/or maintenance activities at Rail Modal Group LLC located at 549 East County Road T, Fremont, Nebraska were exposed to ignition sources and fire hazards in that the employer did not determine the frequency for and ensure completion of grain elevator required mechanical and safety control equipment inspections.
