29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose. Establishment - Damaged electrical guarding around live 120 volt outlets was observed in the following areas: a. An outlet behind the laser cutting machine is missing a cover and multiple wires are exposed. b. An outlet adjacent to a metal brake used to power a computer has a damaged cover creating an opening that employees could contact exposed wires.
