29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):A list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: (a) UTCRAS Inc., located at 501501 Highland Ave. Morton, PA: On or about January 25, 2021, the employer did not develop a list of hazardous chemicals used/stored in the plant, potentially exposing employees to hazardous chemicals in the event of a leak, spill or fire. Employees used hazardous chemicals throughout the plant, including but not limited to the following: - Safety Kleen Premium Solvent which contains petroleum distillates and is a Class 4 flammable solvent with a flash point of 148 �F (64�C). - Lacquer Thinner which contains acetone, xylene,2-butoxyethanol,etc. and is Class 2 flammable liquid with a flash point of 3.2 �F (-16�C). - Gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) stainless wire which contains metals such as, but not limited to chromium, nickel, hexavalent chromium, etc. - Alcohol - Carbon and Alloy Steels electrodes which contains metals such as, but not limited to chromium, nickel, copper, etc. - Acetone - Silver-Brite Aluminum Paint which contains aluminum and is a Class 3 flammable liquid with a flash point of 107.6 �F (42�C).
