29 CFR 1915.134(b): Floor and bench mounted grinders were not provided with work rests that were rigidly supported and readily adjustable: a. On or about January 25, 2018, in the machine shop along the west wall work bench, the Bench Grinder did not have a work rest one eighth inch from the grinding wheel. b. On or about January 25, 2018, in the machine shop mounted to the column facing the lathes, the Baldor Grinder did not have the work rest one eighth inch from the grinding wheel. c. On or about January 25, 2018, in the pipe shop along side the north wall, the Dayton 8 inch Bench Grinder did not have a work rest one eighth inch from the grinding wheel.
