29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): a) Nissan Forklift, Model: CPF2A20V - The metal accelerator was missing its rubber cover, the brake and parking brake covers were worn around the edges, and wires draped downward from under the steering column near the foot pedals. b) Electric Hand Jack, Nissan, Model: WPTT1W1C8 - The charging cables had damaged insulation, which exposed the interior copper conductor. c) Electric Hand Jack, Jungheinrich, Model: EJE 225 - The insulation on the charging cables were crushed open.
