29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: (a) On or about 08/06/2014 - Facility, etching department, lines 1 through 9, electrical panels with damage from corrosion and chemical reaction from the etching process were being used to provide electrical power.
