29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electrical equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: On or about March 18, 2025, the pole mounted 120V switch located adjacent to the rear roll-up garage door had detached from the mounting surface. The switch was used for powering ceiling lights was hanging from rigid metal conduit, and had the potential to exposed employees to electrical hazards, should the internal wiring become damaged and/or inadvertently exposed.
