29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: 1) Adhesive spreader area: On or about May 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees utilized adhesive spreader #108 without the sprocket wheels and chains being enclosed while performing adhesive work. 2) Production area: On or about May 1, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees utilized punch press #184 without the sprocket wheel and chain being enclosed while performing metal cutting work.
