29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At the worksite located at 1315 North 2nd Street Clinton, MO: On or prior to January 29, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards. Strain relief was not provided to the cord of a live electrical box located on the 100,000 bushel grain bin located closest to the office, exposing conductors.
