29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i):Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. On or about January 25, 2024 the employer did not ensure that unused openings of circuit breaker panel box were effectively closed or covered to protect employees from the hazard. The circuit breaker panel box located on the wall directly next to main office hallway contained 11 breaker areas without covers.
