29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not dead front: a) Fish Processing Room - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 120/240V main circuit breaker panel had exposed electrical and was not dead front, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) Fish Processing Room - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 480V circuit breaker sub-panel fed from below bow and labeled Factory had exposed electrical and was not dead front, exposing employees to electrical hazards. c) Fish Processing Room - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 480V circuit breaker panel containing a circuit for the transformer, junction box C, receptacle plug A, and junction box B was not dead front, exposing employees to electrical hazards. d) Forward Cold Storage - On or about September 29, 2022, and times prior thereto, an unmarked panel near the entrance was found without dead front, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
