29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about May 18, 2022, employees worked near live electrical outlets with missing faceplates. a) Behind the sander, the employees utilized 110v wall electrical outlets that did not have protective face plates installed. b) Near the sanding booth, the employees utilized 110v wall electrical outlets that did not have protective face plates installed. c) Near the carbon dust collector unit, the power box containing the power leads to the motor did not have its factory-provided faceplate installed.
