29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: The employer is failing to protect employees from caught between and amputation hazards related to maintaining, cleaning and clearing jams on the baler machine. This was most recently document on or about February 7, 2022 at the Mid Nebraska Disposal recycling center at 7337 West Blender Road, Grand Island, Nebraska. The employees did not receive adequate training associated with the application of lockout and tag out by the employer.
