Air Craft Wheels, LLC located at 1158 Center Rd, Avon Ohio: On or about December 22, 2021, the employer did not ensure the Northfield bandsaw located in the finishing department was properly guarded. employees were using the band saw to cut risers from aluminum and magnesium castings with the blade guard raised 2 inches above the casting.
