29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(1)(ii): Full shift (for at least seven -7 continuous hours) personal samples for lead were not collected including at least one sample for each shift for each job classification in each work area: a) Furnace Department: On or about 4/5/2021, the employer did not collect full shift personal samples for night shift employees exposed to inorganic lead in excess of the reduced permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 33 �g/m^3 ranging from 450 �g/m^3 - 6,440 �g/m^3. b) RMPC Department: On or about 4/5/2021, the employer did not collect full shift personal samples for night shift employees exposed to inorganic lead in excess of the reduced PEL of 33 �g/m^3 ranging from 160 �g/m^3 -1,880 �g/m^3. c) Refining Department: On or about 4/5/2021, the employer did not collect full shift personal samples for employees exposed to inorganic lead on the night shift.
