29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Airhose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected: (a) On September 18, 2018 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while using air hoses attached to a tool/nozzle by a worm drive style hose clamp which was not designed for the use on an air hose.
