29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: a) 1101 Koffel Rd. Hatfield, PA - on or about November 21, 2017, where a maintenance employee worked on electrical components which operate at 240V, the employer did not develop or implement safety-related work practices as outlined in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this section.
