29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), work practices that were used were not suitable for the voltage level of the exposed electric conductors or circuit parts: On or about April 17, 2017, maintenance employees were exposed to electrical shock when pulling relays out of the control panel for the Johnston Boiler and no precautions were taken to prevent contact with exposed live parts.
