29 CFR 1910.1026(k)(1)(i): The employer did not make medical surveillance for chromium (VI) exposures available at no cost to the employees, and/or at a reasonable time and place: a) At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Fabrication Areas) - On or about 11/03/2016, the employer failed to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for a TIG welder who was sampled for 422 minutes and had a TWA of 19.0 micrograms per cubic meter of air when non-sampled time was counted as zero exposure, and the employer failed to make medical surveillance for chromium (VI) exposures available at no cost to the employees. b) At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Fabrication Areas) - On or about 11/03/2016, the employer failed to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for a MIG welder who was sampled for 475 minutes and had a TWA of 7.3 micrograms per cubic meter of air when non-sampled time was counted as zero exposure, and the employer failed to make medical surveillance for chromium (VI) exposures available at no cost to the employees.
