29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. On or about May 11, 2015, in Building 155, Layout Department, special hand tools were not provided to keep employees hands out of the point of operation on the Cincinnati Press Brake when being operated on a weekly basis, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
