29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: Front of Shop: On, or about, August 18, 2015, the General Electrical circuit breaker panel that provided power to machine in the shop such as the balers, the shredder, the conveyor and battery chargers was blocked by a wooden reel, plastic wrap and trash.
