Trim saw area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a red extension cord used in the area had the ground prong broken off, on or about 03/18/2015. b. Stringer trim saw, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, the wiring to the on/off box had the ground disconnected, on or about 03/18/2015.
