29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets of other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a) Maintenance Shop; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a band saw which had an electrical box with the cover removed exposing live 220 volt AC.
