29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Assembly Area; On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards when using an unapproved relocatable power tap designed for low voltage applications to supply power to tools such as but not limited to a DeWalt Reciprocating Saw. b) Assembly Area; On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards while using a steel junction box designed for internal wall mounting, to supply power to equipment such as but not limited to the DeWalt Chop Saw.
