29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were connected to devices/ fittings and did not provide strain relief that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about November 15, 2017, in the plating area, employees were allowed use electrical cords that had cords pulled away from fitting. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps that is taking to ensure strain relief is provided on all flexible cords.
