29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Raw Materials Processing Center Control Room B: On or about 4/6/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative and quantitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at a beverage cooler of 77.82 �g / 100 cm^2, at the beverage cooler knob of 6.49 �g and at the monitor station of 15.22 �g / 100 cm^2 and 25.84 �g / 100 cm^2. b) Furnace Control Room: On or about 4/6/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative and quantitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at the beverage cooler knob of 20.94 �g and at the monitor desk of 133.5 �g / 100 cm^2. c) Refinery Control Room: On or about 4/6/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative wipe samples taken indicated the presence of lead at the beverage cooler knob of 37.36 �g. d) Waste Water Treatment Control Room: On or about 4/6/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative and quantitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at the monitor desk of 22.63 �g / 100 cm^2 and beverage cooler knob of 3.16 �g. e) Respirator Hygiene Room: On or about 4/13/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at the phone handle of 2.81 �g, at the mouthpiece area of a cleaned respirator mask of 1.48 �g and the clean respirator cartridges of 3.59 �g and 10.21 �g. f) Respirator Hygiene Room: On or about 4/28/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and / or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at the mouthpiece area of a clean respirator mask of 3.83 �g and 8.93 �g and the cleaned respirator cartridges of 2.83 �g and 20.01 �g. g) Lunch Room: On or about 4/6/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Quantitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at a table of 1.43 �g / 100 cm^2. h) Lunch Room: On or about 4/26/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Quantitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at a table of 1.26 �g / 100 cm^2. i) Lunch Room: On or about 4/28/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative and quantitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at a refrigerator handle of 1.56 �g / 100 cm^2, at a microwave handle of 2.41 �g / 100 cm^2 and at tables of 3.17 �g / 100 cm^2, 3.36 �g / 100 cm^2 and 3.12 �g / 100 cm^2. j) Women's Locker Room: On or about 4/6/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative and quantitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at the benches of 10.42 �g / 100 cm^2 and 3.84 �g / 100 cm^2, and at the locker handles of 8.11 �g and 4.94 �g. k) Men's Locker Room: On or about 4/6/2021, surfaces were not maintained as free as practical from accumulations of inorganic lead to prevent ingestion and or transfer to other areas and surfaces in the facility. Qualitative and quantitative wipe samples indicated the presence of lead at the bench of 4.7 �g, at door handle of 2.84 �g, and at the locker handle 75.9 �g.
