29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Metal Fabrication Area: on or about and at times prior to June 4, 2024, an employee used a Miller Electric Welder S/N MK422584U in which the strain relief fitting had come off of the welder housing, exposing the flexible power cable to the sharp edge of the metal housing.
