29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) The employer did not ensure that an employee working on energized circuits was provided electrical protective equipment to protect the employee that was exposed to electrical hazards. This violation occurred on or about 08/10/2015, when an employee was required to work on a live air compressor at 120 to 480V. b) The employer did not ensure that an employee working on energized circuits was provided electrical protective equipment to protect the employee that was exposed to electrical hazards. This violation occurred on or about 08/08/2015, when an employee was required to work on a live ALAR waste water system at 220V.
