29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel chain slings did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: On or about October 8, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure alloy steel chains used to lift loads such as molds and castings had identification tags that were legible and installed on the slings, exposing employees to the hazards of being struck by falling loads.
