1910.151(c) * Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Inadequate inspection and maintenance of emergency eye wash / shower stations. 1. No weekly or monthly checks - Laboratory and Process Unit. 2. Showers for decontamination not working properly in Process Unit (Middle). 3. Inadequate emergency eyewash / shower for Lab personnel. Requires two valves to be opened to use.
