29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about May 10, 2023, the junction box attached to the ATRUMP Milling Machine (Model AONE-2VSG/Serial 96175) had a bushing too small for the junction box and metal shavings were falling in. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
