29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: a) Oficina - On or September 29, 2022, and times prior thereto, a subpanel fed from the laundry room panel was not provided proper enclosure for a damp and wet location allowing moisture and water to enter, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
