29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(3): The materials were not rigged by a qualified rigger: (a)C & C Construction, Inc. at 82 Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, Hazel SD 57242: On or about and at times prior to May 22, 2020, the employer did not ensure that materials being hoisted by the Grove TMS 300 crane, were rigged by a qualified rigger. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
