29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: The employer does not ensure that unused openings in electrical disconnect panels are effectively closed, exposing employees to electrical hazards. a) This violation was observed on or about November 15, 2017, on multiple occasions in the plating area. b) This violation was observed on or about November 15, 2017, in the thermal spray area. c) This violation was observed on or about November 15, 2017, in the honing/grinding area Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure that unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings are effectively closed
