29 CFR 1910.1018(k)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic. a. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure surfaces such as but not limited to the side of booth #3 was as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic. Sample results showed accumulations of 2.96 ug/100 cm2 of arsenic on the wall of the booth. b. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure surfaces such as but not limited to the side of the ventilation duct work for the air handling system was as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic. Sample results showed accumulations of 19.46 ug/100 cm2 of arsenic on the side of the duct work. c. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure surfaces such as but not limited to the floor in front of booth #3 was as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic. Sample results showed accumulations of 34.66 ug/100 cm2 of arsenic on the floor in front of the booth. d. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure surfaces such as but not limited to the floor of booth #4 was as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic. Sample results showed accumulations of 4.41 ug/100 cm2 of arsenic on the floor of the booth. e.
