29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons were working on energized circuits and that qualified persons were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools: a) The employer did not ensure that qualified persons working on energized circuits persons were familiar with the proper use of personal protective equipment, and insulated tools. This violation occurred on or about 08/10/2015, when an employee was required to work on an air compressor at 120 to 480V. b) The employer did not ensure that an employee working on energized circuits was provided safety related work practices to protect the employee that was exposed to electrical hazards. This violation occurred on or about 08/08/2015, when an employee was required to work on a live ALAR waste water system at 220V.
