29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(10): Class IV asbestos jobs were not conducted by employees trained pursuant to the asbestos awareness training program set out in 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9): a) 306 Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark, NJ Employees who performed clean up of waste and debris where thermal system insulation was accessible did not receive asbestos awareness training. Two bulk samples of thermal systems insulation were found to contain 70% Chrysotile asbestos and one bulk sample of wall board contained 15% Chrysotile asbestos. Condition occurred on or about 5/2/19 and 5/6/19
