29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): Electric equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. The employer does not ensure that electrical equipment is installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. This violation was observed on or about November 15, 2017, in the plating area, where flexible metal conduit was disconnected from the enclosure leaving internal conductors exposed, cords and pendant boxes were observed hanging between tables. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure electrical equipment is installed neat and workmanlike.
