29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a. On or about January 18, 2017, and times prior thereto, on the north wall in the employee Locker Room where employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when a 110-VAC outlet with exposed energized conductors that were not protected against accidental contact. b. On or about January 18, 2017, and times prior thereto, on the east wall in the Break area by the time clocks where employees were exposed to an electrical hazard from two 110-VAC outlets with exposed energized conductors that were not protected against accidental contact. c. On or about January 18, 2017, and times prior thereto, by the rear exit door to the Main Office Building where employees were exposed to an electrical hazard when a 110-VAC energized conductors that were not protected against accidental contact.
