29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a/ At the Kieserling Line, adjacent to the Collecting Bucket, the conduit supplying 240 volt electrical power to the Crouse Hinds Heavy-Duty Safety Switch, m/n 4, s/n HV362, had physically separated exposing the internal wiring. b/ At the Kieserling Line, the conduit supplying electrical power to a component of this machine had physically separated exposing the internal wiring.
