Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure surfaces such as but not limited to the side of booth #3 was as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Sample results showed accumulations of 7316.0 ug/100 cm2 of lead on the wall of the booth. b. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure surfaces such as but not limited to the side of the ventilation duct work for the air handling system was as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Sample results showed accumulations of 17.9 ug/100 cm2 of lead on the side of the duct work. c. Kremer's Guns LLC located in Celina, Ohio: On or about May 5, 2015, the employer did not ensure surfaces such as but not limited to the floor in front of booth #3 was as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Sample results showed accumulations of 13.1 ug/100 cm2 of lead on the floor in front of the booth. d.
